2. To agree the election of Chairman
Councillor Henry Lovegrove was proposed by Roger Hallett and seconded by John White Hamilton. Agreed 9/9
3. To agree the election of Vice Chairman:
Councillor Richard James was proposed by Roger Hallett and seconded by John White Hamilton. Agreed 9/9
4. To agree the election of the 3rd and 4th member of the Staff Working Group
Councillors Roger Hallett and Elizabeth Southern was proposed by Henry Lovegrove and seconded by Jez Hodesdon Agreed 8/8
