  1.  To receive and accept apologies and declarations of interest.
  1. To approve the draft minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 28th March 2022 and note the meeting of 28/3/22 referred in error to the approval of the minutes of the meeting of 29/11/21. It should have read 25.1.22. (A).

 3. To discuss matters arising from the minutes not covered in this Agenda.

  1. To agree the council’s response to the report of the internal auditor (B)
