2. To approve the draft minutes of the Parish Council Annual meeting held on 18^th of May 2026 (A),  Parish council meeting held on the 18^th May (B) and the Extraordinary meeting on the 11^th June (C)

3. To discuss matters arising from the minutes not covered in this Agenda.
