Call for councillors to attend the May Annual Parish Council Meeting.

The Public and Press are cordially invited to attend.

Introduction of new councillors

1. To receive apologies
2. To agree the election of Chairman
3. To agree the election of Vice Chairman:

Public period for comments on issues on the agenda

4. To agree the election of the 3^rd and 4^th member of the Staff Working Group
5. To note the minutes of the Annual Meeting held on 30th May 2023 (Appendix A).
6. To note members’ attendances 2023/2024 (Appendix B)
7. Chairman’s Report 2023/2024 (Appendix C)
8. To note reports from representatives (Verbal)
9. To appoint representatives for 2024/2025 (Appendix D)
10. To approve the adoption of the General Power of Competence (Appendix E)
11. Review and approval of Standing Orders and Financial Regulations updated document (F).
12. Review and approval of the Council’s Complaints Procedure.
13. Review and approval of polices in respect of obligations under the freedom of information and data protection legislation (see Data Protection and Privacy Policy and updated publication policy).
14. Ratify Asset Register and Risk Assessment updated 31^st March 2024
15. Confirmation of insurance arrangements.
16. Review of subscriptions to other bodies – DAPTC.
17. Review and approval of delegation arrangements and terms of reference of;

• Staff Working Group
• Public Rights of Way Group

18. Review and approval of the Council’s employment policies and procedures.
19. Review and approve all other council documents not covered above.
20. Review of s137 expenditure incurred during 2023/2024 ( Verbal)
21. To note the Parish Council meeting dates and venues 2024/25 (Appendix G)
