1. To receive apologies and accept declarations of Interest
2. To agree the election of Chairman
3. To agree the election of Vice Chairman:
4. To agree the election of the 3rd and 4th member of the Staff Working Group
5. To note the minutes of the Annual Meeting held on 19th May 2025 (Appendix A).
6. To note members’ attendances 2025/2026 (Appendix B)
7. Chairman’s Report 2025/2026 (Appendix C)
8. To note reports from representatives (Verbal)
9. To appoint representatives for 2026/2027 (Appendix D)
10. To Reapprove the adoption of the General Power of Competence
11. Review and approval of Standing Orders and Financial Regulations updated document (E).
12. Review and approval of the IT and Cyber Security policy (F)
13. Review and approval of polices in respect of obligations under the freedom of information and data protection legislation (see Data Protection and Privacy Policy and updated publication policy).
14. Ratify Asset Register and Risk Assessment updated 31st March 2026
15. Review and approval of delegation arrangements and terms of reference of;
15.1 Staff Working Group
15.2 Public Rights of Way Group
16. Review and approval of the Council’s employment policies and procedures.
17. Review and approve all other council documents not covered above.

19. To approve the awarding of the insurance contract for 2026/2027 (G)
